카우보이 컷 올드 패션드 비프 저키

The thickness is exactly what I was hoping for—each piece actually takes some work to tear into, and that smoky flavor lingers long after the bag’s closed. I’ve already ordered another one.

This bag didn’t last two days in my house, the smoky flavor is so classic and the chew is exactly what jerky should be. I’ve tried a lot of brands and this one’s texture finally hits that old-fashioned spot without being tough to the point of sore jaws.

I was skeptical about "cowboy cut" meaning anything special, but this jerky really is thick and chewy, right up my alley. That classic smoky flavor hits the spot without being overpowering, and each strip takes a few good chews to get through, which I love.
